In May 2008 Vilaris was re-organized. In owning “The terminal for oil products transhipment, railway station Bruzgi in Groznenskiy region”. The terminal is designed for fast, reliable, and qualitatively service. All clients from European Union and the former USSR receive high service to tranship oil products and diesel fuel from the rail tank cars of the wide gauge (1520 mm) to those of the narrow Stephenson gauge (1435 mm).
